OpenLdap install twarted

OK, so I was following along in the quick start guide.

<snip>
[root@valhalla root]# less manager.ldif
dn: dc=pcpn,dc=net
objectclass: dcObject
objectclass: organization
o: PCPN, LLC
dc: pcpn

dn: cn=Manager,dc=pcpn,dc=net
objectclass: organizationalRole
cn: Manager
</snip>

Created my ldif file as seen above. When I progress to the next step, inserting this data into the ldap database, I get the below error.

<snip>
[root@valhalla root]# ldapadd -x -D "cn=Manager,dc=pcpn,dc=net" -W -f manager.ldif
Enter LDAP Password:
adding new entry "dc=pcpn,dc=net "
ldap_add: Invalid syntax
        additional info: objectclass: value #0 invalid per syntax

ldif_record() = 21
</snip>

Would someone please tell me what I have done wrong? This is on an RH7.3 system. Thanks.
