Squid Proxy + LDAP + AD

How do i accomplish this?
What are the components?

As of now i am running Red Hat 7.3, Squid 2.4.STABLE6 (default, i believe),
OpenLDAP (default install v.)
I have read much an compiled a list of needed items. Is this a correct list?

Squid 2.4.STABLE6
ldap 3.3 / ldap 2.1.4
group-ldap-auth.diff-2.4STABLE6-1.3

What am i missing and what is the correct procedure to set up Squid so that
it allows users in an AD to authenticate, in order to gain acces to the
cache?
