Some might say: "That's not how the Internet works."

Some might say: "That's just how Microsoft works."

Recently, on (British)  BBC Radio 4 'Today', there was a report on a new
Strain patent law. Under this law, a Strain managed to get his patent
for "the wheel" accepted. When asked why, he was quoted as saying: "I
just wanted to show the (Strain) law how stupid it is".
