ldapsearch problem

hi all,

i get 2 openldap server but i have ldapsearch problem

in server 1, when i use /usr/local/bin/ldapsearch -b "o=abc.com", i get no
error and correct output
but in server 2, when i use /usr/local/bin/ldapsearch -b "o=abc.com", i
get the error "ldap_sasl_interactive_bind_s: No such attribute"

Why?
