In your original message, "ou=accounts,dc=thegameqube,dc=com" is 
an organizational unit:

So, I guess "dc=thegameqube,dc=com" should be an "Organization"? 
If that's the case, you would have:

dn: dc=thegameqube,dc=com
objectclass: top
objectClass: Organization
