Subject says it all.
Yes, I've run the sample client and server from Cyrus SASL.
And the sample server returns PLAIN, ANONYMOUS, CRAM-MD5,DIGEST-MD5
But the ldap server only returns PLAIN and ANONYMOUS.

What could be the reason for this?
