Don't really know.
Three ideas:

The . in   o=linuxdomain.es :

try  by dn.exact="cn=root,o=linuxdomain.es"

Or

Where's the base dn ?
by dn="cn=root,o=linuxdomain.es,dc=?,dc="

Or have you writte the file with winx ?
Look if there are DOS-linefeeds ..
