	Your format seems to be correct. If you can send your full ldif file, then probably, we can help you. Anyway, I'll give a woring sample here:

	dn:cn=user1,o=tech,c=in
	cn:user1
	sn:usersn
	usercertificate;binary:< file:///home/ldap/certs/CA.der
	objectclass:inetorgperson
