did you setup ldap with samba combined
with your unix account.

ie.  i have my unix account under
  ou=People,dc=domain,dc=com


i am planning to add the samba accounts
  ou=Samba,dc=domin,dc=com

but am having difficulties, did you combine
it all in one dn ?
