Populating a database

Hello,

I'm sorry if this is not the right place to ask, but I didn't know where
to go.

I have an openldap server which I want to use for serving as address
book for the company.

Then I have the old address book as an ldif file exported from netscape.

I want to populate the database with this address book, but I get an
error:

adding new entry "cn=_ALL,mail=all@domain.com"
ldap_add: No such object

I have no clue on how I should proceed next.
