migraion from netscape directory server to openldap

I am currently working on migrating from netscape directory server to 
openldap. One issue I am facing is access control to mailing lists in 
openldap. Is there are a mailing list manager product that is open 
source that would use openldap direcytory entries to limit who could 
post to a mailing list? Thanks in advance.
