TBD = To be determined.

This is an invalid OID.  (Prior versions of OpenLDAP had a
bug which caused such to be treated as valid, which lead to
publishing a couple of invalid OIDs in provided schema files.
That error and the provided schema files have since been
fixed so that published schema fully conforms with RFC 2252
requirements.)
