search result seems to be odd

Hi.

i have another question.

i add my attribute 'mainid'

this attribute's declaration follows.

attributeType ( 1.1.2.1.10 
         NAME 'mainid'
         SUP uid )

then 

i search the entry with filter "(uid=vanora)"

then, search result have three entries..

but only one entry has uid value with 'vanora'. and other two entries have mainid value with 'vanora'.

is this a correct search result? in my thought, this results may be incorrect.

how do such results come?
