Little clue

Look at these two filters:

'(&(description=xxxx)(ntaccount=*)(mail=*)(!(mysoc=*))(!(mymail=*)))'

'(&(!(|(mymail=*)(mysoc=*)))(description=xxxx)(ntaccount=*)(mail=*))'

Can anybody tell the difference?
