ldap_add: Object class violation



hi all,

I try to add a entry using ldapadd ,but  it give  the
following
error.

ldap_add: Object class violation
        additional info: attribute not allowed

Where am i going wrong?
could help pls.





$ ldapadd -x -D "cn=Manager,dc=ubm,dc=com,dc=edu" -W
-f exa
mple.ldif
Enter LDAP Password:
adding new entry "cn=User,dc=ubm,dc=com,dc=edu"
ldap_add: Object class violation
        additional info: attribute not allowed

ldif_record() = 65
$ 


My example.ldif looks this way:-

dn: cn=User,dc=ubm,dc=com,dc=edu
objectclass: organizationalRole
cn: User
mail: User@ubm.com.edu


My slapd.conf looks this way:-
