I found out today that the core.schema must be modified to be compatible
with netscape admin interface:

objectclass ( 2.5.6.17 NAME 'groupOfUniqueNames' SUP top STRUCTURAL
        MUST ( cn )
        MAY ( uniqueMember $ businessCategory $ seeAlso $ owner $ ou $ o
$ description ) )
