OpenLDAP server & Net Meeting

Has anyone successfully setup an Open LDAP server that Net Meeting can use
for it's directory services ?

I've followed the Linux Net Meeting HOWTO, and Net Meeting claims it is not
able to communicate w/ my Directory Server.
