pam_ldap problem

Hello, 

I worked with openlap 1.2.11 and pam_ldap-82
I upgrade to openldap 2.0.11 and pam_ldap-112

The new module won't work because functions like tls and ssl are not 
implemented but I do not wish to implement them. How compile pam_ldap-
112 without tls and ssl support I even try to change pam_ldap.c code. 

I try to use openldap 2.0.11 with pam_ldap-82 but he told me my 
credentials are wrong : with the migration i added a field in the dn : 

oldone : cn=xxx,dc=domain,dc=com
newone : cn=xxx,o=organization,dc=domain,dc=com

my ldap.conf still have as base : dc=domain,dc=com

WHo knows what's wrong, who have a solution for one or the other part.
