ACL subtree and objectClass

Hello,

I'm trying to understand ACL and have difficulties to understand the 
documentation.

I would like to permit admin to add entries under a substree but without 
the possibility to  delete entries from an objectclass.

Easy to explain.. difficult for me to code..
