Regarding ldap_delete error message

Hello all,

The ldapdelete program is returning a error code 1 which means
LDAP_OPERATIONS_ERROR, i wonder how to solve this problem, Am unable to
delete any record,  I have just 30,000 records in my database.

Please let me know what does this error means and is there any solutions
for this ?
