I have it running. Now what...

I got openldap running, and now I'm trying to figure out what to do with
it.

My needs are simple:

I have to replace an aging web-based rolodex with an ldap based one.  So
as step 1 I got the server running.

Now I am in search of clients:

We use win98, winME, and linux (RedHat 7.0).

I have not been able to find a user-friendly client for any of these. 
Any ideas, hints, etc?  As I said, all I need is a basic rolodex.
