overload due to checksecurity in Debian potato

Checksecurity under Debian potato causes immense load on the slapd-daemon.

All machines in our farm execute checksecurity simultaneously (cron-job).
This causes queries for the user-ID "0". It seems to us that for every file
on the client-machine one query comes up. (that make more than 4000
queries/machine)

Does anyone know how to avoid this overload, without disabling
checksecurity?
