does the PADL tools work with 2.0.7

Hi,

does the PADL Migrationtools work with Openldap 2.0.7? I'm tying to use them
to start the inital db, but all I'm getting is errors like:
adding new entry "ou=People,o=nu,c=no"
ldap_add: No such object

If the Padl tools doesn't work, what are the alternatives?
