Porting from Netscape Directory Server4.x to openldap

Hi

I have an application which comminicates with Netscape Directory Server 4.x
(NDS). I have created my own object class and attributes ( schema ) and DIT
( directory information tree ) . I am communicating with NDS using JNDI
 ldap factory ) . Now I plan to move to openldap.

Has anybody tried porting schema and DIT of NDS to openldap ? Pl forward me
the procedures of importing .

Your response would be of great help to me.
