I rebuilt the db using these tools, but it is happening again a few days
after:

Jan 16 03:56:59 nima slapd[19899]: idl_delete_key: idl_fetch of returned NULL
Jan 16 03:57:59 nima last message repeated 9 times
Jan 16 03:58:00 nima slapd[19899]: idl_insert_key: nonexistent continuation block
Jan 16 03:56:58 nima last message repeated 1 time
