slapd does not start with error "19"

Hi there,

when I try to index other attributes slapd will not start anymore giving the
error nr. 19. Please remember, I am running slpad as a service under NT.
The error comes up when with very little changes to the index line.
So

index objectClass eq

works ok but

index objectClass

does not work. Also

index cn,sn,mail eq,sub,approx

does not work.

Any hints?
