LDAP startup

Okay, Redhat has this wonderful startup script in /etc/rc.d/init.d/ldap.  But in the /etc/rc0.d /etc/rc1.d etc. directories, all of the scripts are set to stop it instead of start it  (named with a 'K' instead of an 'S')
 
What's the recommended level to change this (rc.5, rc.6 ?)
