Crashing problem

Hi all,

I have been encountering this crashing problem lately when I add a user...
Apparently something has been corrupted, I don't know what. So, can
somebody suggest how I can recover?

I tried slapcat and slapadd, but the problem came back (maybe whatever's
breaking it bit me again).

Anyway, any ideas welcome.

Steve
