Nope.  Never play with squid.  probably getting a bit 
off topic.

Let me wager a guess.  Does squid use an RFC2307 schema
for authentication?  Have you tried playing with 
this schema in AD.  Maybe checkout the NIS add-on
on the Windows Services for UNIX and see if that
gets it right.
