 slapd compiles cleanly apart from one signed/unsigned mismatch warning in
cyrus.c at line 212.

 slapcat compiles cleanly apart from libldap_r\thr_stub.c (150) C4047  = int
differs in levels if indirection from void *


cyrus-sasl-1.5.24

 insists on having a registry key for available plugins defined and refuses
to run otherwise.  Could someone ask for this to be changed in due course.
