Server-side sizelimit
I want to have no server-side sizelimit. Setting "sizelimit 0" in slapd.conf
appears to allow no entries to be returned. I've set it to a large value,
but there must be a better way than that, I hope. This is with OpenLDAP 2.03
(awaiting a release version with the decoding error fix).
