Yes. 2.0.4 contains an experimental port to Windows NT.

It's included in the "release" package, but is currently
viewed as "experimental" (as there is no release documentation
for it yet).

The port is included in the .tgz file.  Use a recent version
of WinZip or other tool supporting GNU zipped tar(5) files.
