It's available on in OpenLDAP 2.0, which is now in gamma testing, and not yet
officially released.

The syntax is defined in the RFCs, and there are many examples of it's
use (eg. "SUP top") in the schema directory.  Attribute type definitions
can also reference superior attributes.
