run slapd as nonroot-user

Hello,

I want to run the "slapd"-daemon as nonroot-user. But to start the daemon, I
must have root privileges to bind on port 389 (<1024).

Does somebody know a workaround, to run the daemon als nonroot-user or to
bind the ldap-server on another port than 389?
