RE: openLDAP v2.0

Hi Kurt,

I was referring to the LDAP persistent Search mechanism that defines two controls to extend LDAPv3, allowing an LDAP client to receive notification of changes that occur in the LDAP server. So, I suppose what I'm wondering is, if openLDAP v2, when it is ready, will support the Persistent Serach control (draft-ietf-ldapext-psearch-02.txt)?

Regards,

Aoife

Please note that the road is not a schedule of availability.
2.0 will be released when it is ready. It isn't yet.

LDAPv3 defines no such features.
