We're looking at this for live replication between our OpenLDAP service
and an Active Directory server. "ACL" is not how I've been thinking
about it, more like "arbitrary tramsformation", since it's unlikely
that our campus service and AD will ever use the same schema. Our
current approach is to define a language that describes the possible
transformations, but we may back off and just implement slurpd
plug-ins.
