Tried to go through the Quickstart guide. When I try to add initial entry, ldapadd -D "cn=Manager, dc=<MY-DOMAIN>, dc=<COM>" -W < myldif.ldif it prompts me for a password and then: ldap_bind: Can't contact LDAP server The previous step, I started slapd so I'm not sure what the problem is...
