reading filer attributes from a file

I have the following search attributes created in a file 

	'(&(givenName=Antonin)(prezdivka=Tony))'

If I use the command 

    ldapsearch -L -b "dc=pokuscca,dc=cz" -f LDAPSEARCHPARAM

I get the usage details of LDAPSEARCH.

If I substitute the -f LDAPSEARCHPARAM part with the string it 
works.

I need the LDAPSEARCH to run automatically, as it will be 
generated from a HTML page.

Any clues what I am doing wrong or not doing?
