adding new entries

I am trying to add the following entry as follows:

dn: cn=Jt Chiodi, dc=amsite, dc=com
objectclass: top
objectclass: person
objectClass: organizationalPerson
cn: Jt Chiodi
sn: Chiodi
o: Agnew Moyer Smith Inc.
mail: jchiodi@amsite.com

with the following command:

ldapadd -D "cn=Manager, dc=amsite, dc=com" -W < amsite2.ldif

with the following results: 

ldap_bind: No such object
ldap_bind: matched: DC=AMSITE,DC=COM
[root@imap openldap]# 

what am i doing wrong?
