Ne::LDAP on HP

All,

	I have written some very simple routines using the Net::LDAP module
and have run them successfully on NT and NeXTStep.  However, they fail when
running on HP-UX machine.  I get no errors back and it fails when trying to
create the constructor.  So I basically can't do a new() and get the LDAP
handle returned.  Wow, I can't believe this one.  Any information would be
very appreciated.
