You might check our LDAP FAQ for a list of clients.
There are a number that should work just fine under
windows.  I suggest checking out Jerry Gawor's
Java-based browser:

You might also check archives of the
OpenLDAP-general mailing list (where this type of
question is usually asked & answered).
