Netscape -> OpenLDAP please help?

I have an LDIF file from our Netscape LDAP server that is in a
non-standard schema.  I would like to massage it into a standard schema
and then load it into OpenLDAP and replace the Netscape server
altogether.  My problem is, I don't know enough about LDAP to know
what's non-standard or standard.  Would someone be willing to look at my
data and point me in the right direction?  I'm good with awk, etc. so I
can do the text massaging.
