Re: Unable to build on HP-UX



Perhaps it would be a good idea to install the GCC libstdc
library,
I do and compiles are a breeze.  I have libstdc-2.8.1.1,
IIRC.

If you are using HP's cc command, do you have the unbundled
ANSI C compiler, or are you using the stock cc from the OS
distribution?  You can't use the stock compiler as it is not
ANSI C... it's braindead and antiquated, and essentially
usable only to rebuild your kernel.

If you're using the HP ANSI C compiler product, and still
having problems, you'll probably need to post a small
snippet of the errors you're getting so we can see where the
problem is.
