idassert in back-meta

Just for the records, I'm now working at porting identity assertion in
back-meta.  It's going to be a mere porting of the feature as present in
back-ldap since 2.3, which will obsolete the "pseudoroot" feature that
is currently present in back-meta.  BTW, this answers a comment in
ITS#3860.
