2.3.18 not stable on Solaris

The recent connection manager changes in 2.3.17/2.3.18 made the issue of 
Solaris shutting down due to EBADF a common occurrence -- I can get it to 
happen multiple times a minute on a system under load whereas in past 
releases it only happened rarely.  Howard has committed a fix for this to 
servers/slapd/daemon.c.  I'm guessing that a small 2.3.19 release might be 
worthwhile.
