I intentionally add opattrs in all cases. Note that it will only add 
opattrs that are missing, so if a proper slave is pushing an entry very 
little work will be done. But, adding opattrs as I wrote it allows 
pre-2.3 masters to work with a 2.3 slave as all missing opattrs (e.g. 
structuralObjectClass) will be added as needed.
