Re: removing global_schemacheck and SLAPD_LASTMOD flags



Things are going to get even more interesting for back-ldap/meta
when clients are allowed to modify timestamps and such...
see test037-manage for examples of modifies I intend to
allow via the manage mechanism (not yet sure whether that
mechanism will be ManageDsaIT or some other control).
