HEAD back-bdb failure

For some reason, slapadd is aborting at 65545 transactions. I vaguely
remember we ran into this once before, but have no idea what the details
were. RE22 seems to be just fine.

slapadd: could not add entry dn="uid=joey,ou=accounts,dc=symas,dc=com"
