back-relay

just added back-relay for virtual databases; doesn't really work yet,
operations get straight from the virtual to the real database, but
responses don't come back; I guess I need to play a bit with callbacks. 
Also, I need to see if default configuration can be made simpler.  Now you
need to add at least:

database      relay
suffix        "<virtual naming context>"
relay         "<real naming context>"
suffixmassage "<virtual naming context>" "<real naming context>"

needs rwm overlay, which is also incomplete; "<real naming context>" must
be already defined and related to a valid database (not a subordinate,
althiugh this limitation might be removed, I guess).

The suffixmassage directive could be made implicit if no special rules are
required.

In any case, someone (Kurt?) should regenerate configure and portable.h
