Now you have lost me again.  You mean creating the same entry on two
servers?  But that would only be done if we _don't_ use any kind of
replication, and then independent UUIDs and CSNs won't be a problem.

If the same entry is created on two servers that replicate each other, I
think replication should fail.  There is no way to tell which entry is
the correct one.
